The OLC server matisse.mit.edu will be unavailable for
approximately 1 hour beginning at 1am on Tuesday, 10/3/2000. During
this time, the server will be upgraded to new hardware and a more recent
version of Athena.
During the outage, no new OLC questions will be able to be
asked, and all questions currently in the queue will be unavailable.
However, all questions in the queue will be preserved and transferred to
the new server.
We are scheduling one hour for this outage, but if all goes
well, matisse may be back in service in as little in 30 minutes. As
always, notifications of the status of the outage will be sent to the
"consult" instance.
