At 1-343b:
1. At set of jacks 1-343b-2 the lower is not working.
2. Set of jacks 1-343b-1 is broken, so the network drop cannot be used and
the telephone one is "hanging" in the air
Please can you fix them because we need all 3 network drops in the room and
the telephone connection is somewhat unreliable?

PS:
1-343b-2 is at the wall opposite the entrance of the room, below a small
athena workstation
1-343b-1 is at the far end of the wall at the right hand side of the door,
below a Ultra10 Athena workstation
