Bad drops in w20 cluster

In the back of the w20 cluster by the printer named fiber there are 3
laptop drops. Only one of these drops (the one nearest fiber) works.
The other two lack cables and, when I brought in my own cables, don't
work.
I would appreciate being notified when this problem is resolved.
