Hi,
General question. I use the headphone extension cables extensively in
the clusters. I often find defective ones, which I determine by testing
with other cables and/or plugging the headphones directly in the back of
a machine.
If I do, do you care? I always presumed this was not important enough
for you to bother with. I am happy to set them aside and notify you, or
throw them out or whatever.
Also, do you care if the headphone jack itself is defective?
