workstation keyboard problem

Workstation M12-182-19 has a keyboard problem. The keys h-" either won't type
or sometimes type or (as in the case of the h) always type.
I ended up unplugging the keyboard, it was making the computer beep on the
login screen due to typing continuous h's.
