Subject: Paving behind Buildings 56 & 16
Date: September 5, 2000
On September 7th and 8th the Stata Construction Group will be
performing asphalt paving adjacent to the air intake fans to buildings 56
and 16. Some patching will be done on Thursday the 7th with the majority of
the work being done on Friday the 8th. Depending on wind speed and direction
odors may be entrained into the buildings. If odors are detected or if you
have any questions please report them to the Industrial Hygiene Office
3-2596.
If you have questions concerning the health effects of asphalt
paving contact Jackie Sherry, the Occupational Health Nurse, at the Medical
Department extension 3-1770.
