I'm not sure who handles this, so I'm sending the report to hotline.
Something in the 1-142 cluster, probably one of the air conditioning
units, is rattling a lot and emitting a persistent high-pitched noise.
I think people will find these noises rather bothersome after not very
long. Please as someone to look into it.
