Sorry for the short notice on this, but I'd really like to get it done
before the term starts.
Monday (tomorrow) night, between 10PM and 3AM, the SIPB discuss
servers charon and charon2 (also known as bloom-picayune) will
experience an outage. The purpose of the outage is to combine the
services on the two machine and decommission the older hardware. If
all goes well, the outage will be complete by midnight, but the
complexity of the outage requires a larger window in case
complications occur.
During the outage window, there may also be short outages of other
services on charon2, including the sipb-nfs NFS server and the SIPB
zephyr logger (/mit/sipbzlog), but those should be short or
non-existent.
