I stuck signs on ajax and pulp so that users wouldn't just see
that the status says "Power Save On" and think it was ok
(while lpq mentions the down-ness, it's casually inserted into
the middle of the output where it's not obvious especially
with ajax, which has stuff showing in its queue).
