bad monitor on an ultra5?

There is a new ultra5 that has no video, but is resposive to the soft
power button on the front, so I'm guessing it might be the monitor
that is bad. What machien is it? I think it is w20-575-59, but you
don't want to knwo what I had to do to figure that out.
(when you sit at it w20-575-57 is directly behind you, and it is
diagnoally opposite python in that little square of machines.)
