hi,
i called yesterday about a printer in Bexley dorm (W13). The problem
is that the display panel is blank, then after powered off/on, it
says self test and remains like that. An RCC has been by to check
the printer and believes it is a hardware problem. I've downed the
printer, so after checking/fixing it, please re-enable printing
(and/or let me know).
