I had a report from a user, that in spite of there being paper loaded,
helios is displaying "load tray 3". It reports its condition as "down"
when queried over snmp, and was not printing.
I've left the queue down, and a message on the queue; please remember
to clear the message, with
lpc msg helios
when you up the queue. (Since I found a stale message when I went to
set one this time.)
