mis-named machines in w20 cluster

I heard a report that there are oddly named machines such as rlslp-1
among the new deploys in the w20 cluster.
I haven't verified this, but do note that it's really helpful to keep
the cluster machines consecutively, and that
http://web/afs/sipb/admin/text/cluster-maps/www/
contains an older map that while, wrong in what kind of machine each
is, it does contain the previous sane numbering for the machines.
Also, test-sparc4 became its cname, w20-575-28 - it should still be
placed correctly in the consecutive ordering.
