python was regularly jamming, after a little work I tracked it down to
a problem with the paper tray. Since pulp was already down we stole
one of it's trays for python. The broken tray is labeled and sitting
in w20-575b, so it won't accidently get used.
The actual problme with the tray is a little bizarre. If you take the
green divider that can be moved to set the tray for letter or A4
paper, and look at the rear-most point where it touches the paper
tray, you will notice that there should be a plastic tab on the paper
tray that keeps it in either letter or A4 mode. That tab has broken
off, and was causing the printer to be confused about what size paper
was loaded.
