I received the message below from a DUSP MCP student. The Color HP laser
printer 'color-4-035' has become a valuable resource for DUSP students,
especially for printing output that benefits greatly from color, such as maps
produced by GIS software. I am disturbed that the printer has been out of
service for so long. Could you please look into it ASAP?

Hi Tom!
Hope you are enjoying your weekend. I have been trying to print to the Color
Printer in Building 4 since Wednesday and each time i pull up the print
info/status, it says that the printer ran out of toner and the hotline was
called. It's been 5 days though and nothing has happened.
Do you have an email of someone that deals with this stuff for general MIT
computer labs?
