Jane, this was cc'd to me, but never made it to you, because it went
to janej@hamster.mit.edu.
My assumption was that hotline took care of this printer, since it is
the same as teh color printer in 4-035. If that isn't the case, I'd
appreciate it if someone would let me know.
(As an aside not that I wasn't using the printer, I just walked by and
noticed somethign on the LCD.)
