A thousand thanks, saheebs, for the esteemed paper tray repair.
Since the repair, alas, we suffer. The top cover does not close, or rather it
does not latch. It looks like a spring that loads the spring-loaded latch on
the side with the handle that you pull -- that spring is gone. The cover
cannot be made to shut and stay, and so the printer stays offline forever.
I hope such a spring can be swapped out quickly. I hope someone can come and
see somewhat quickly.
