w20-575-45 will not boot. History:
o user comes to sipb saying the machine is hung, I look at, and it is
hung (mouse tracks, but no keyboard or mouse events work)
o the user wants to watch it for a while to see if it recovers, I say
to come find me when he wants to reboot it
o he comes in a few minutes later and says "i turned off the machine."
I suitably flame him for doing so. :-)
o when I turn it on and try to boot it, the screen sits with "-ESA0"
in the upper-left corner. Also, during the self-tests, the 7 was
printed with a question mark after it.
