Hi Ben,
THe VDP50 player that you reported to hotline is working!
The note on top of it was from the old "broken" player. (**- if you
look carefully, the note on the vdp50 has been updated with circles
and stars and states: FIXED.)

ps- I have no idea where the cables on top of it came from, but I
do know that Dave Carver reported the problem
