steve @3-1691 rm 4-320 called stating that the sparc5 'pamenar'(18.84.0.196)
won't boot. he thinks the 'dev' directory may be corrupt or missing files.
system is located in 48-333, #3-7145. it is OK to reinstall this system,
steve will reload his apps after.
