we've had a reort from a user and an RCC that the McCormick quickstation,
QUICKSTATION-MCCORMICK, is in a reboot cycle (i asked them to put it in
monitor mode to stop the cycling) and is complaining of ethernet test
failures. sounds like it will need a site visit and a possible reinstall
if the network drop check out.
