This message is to inform you of a problem that I have recently experienced.
While sitting at a Dell workstation in the computer lab of the Students
Centre, my screen froze and I was disabled. I had just exited the Netscape
default programme and pressed "inc" to check my email when this happened. I
used the reset button on the computer and logged in immediately afterwards to
ensure that nothing was amiss. I have lost my backdrop, but everything else
appears to be working normally. I would appreciate it if you would
investigate this and inform me of methods to avoid this in the future.
