To Whom it May Concern:
My name is Joe Collins and I'm a Project Manager in the Facilities
Department.
We are planning on doing three classrooms over this summer in building 1.
The rooms are 1-135,150 and 246, we are also going to install a new air
conditioning unit in the basement.
The work will effect all the room around each classroom and the ones above
and below.
This project is schedule to start in mid April and I started this e-mail so
I will be able to let occupants of building 1 know the schedule.
If there is enough interest I can set up a meeting in one of the classrooms
to go over the details.
