Good morning Ron,

As you may or may not know, this shutdown has been rescheduled to next
Saturday and Sunday, 3/25 and 3/26 from 12:30 AM (3/25) to 6:30 AM (3/26).
Has Roger Moore contacted you re this. He had mentioned to me on Monday
that the chiller unit situation for 4-032T and security had been taken care
of and I wondered if this information had been communicated to you.

Just following up....
Thanks.
   Andrea Nichols

	   Hi Ron,

Did Ed Brailey speak with you about this? He is the project
manager and I
passed along your question to him.
	     Andrea Nichols

	Hi Andrea,

yes, Ed and I did talk. It appears the news isn't
good however. The arrangement of the valves makes it
likely that the 4-032T space will have no cooling for
	in excess of 12 hours.

I think we'll need some form of auxilliary cooling,
especially since the room is located adjacent to a
	steam room.

Also, this isn't space I can just leave open to the
corridor; it contains the network distribution equipment
for many of the main campus and security of the equipment
	is a concern.

The door has louvers at the bottom and the panel which
is blocking them could be removed to accommodate a
portable cooling unit. I can meet someone at the room
	to look into this possibility.

	-Ron
