The Moira database will be unavailable for a period of
approximately 2 hours beginning at approximately 11:59 PM Friday night,
3/17/2000. During this time, the default Athena user quota will be
increased.
The nightly DCMs will be delayed during this outage. If all
goes well, they should run shortly after 2 AM, but may occur
significantly later if problems are encountered.
As always, status updates will be sent to the consult instance.
