Hi,
The old printer was in the process of being replaced. The old
one was down for a while, so I think they decided to replace it.
For the last month or so, there has been a new printer sitting
right next to the old one, but no one has set it up yet. In
total, Macgregor hasn't had a printer for about 2 months.
Who should I contact about it?

i believe this is the first we have heard of a problem with
