  Hi.
  I'm writing in response to your report to Athena's Hardware Hotline
  about some of the monitors.  The last thing we want are users'
  eyesight failing.  Your report was very explicit and your attempted
  fixes for the situation were right on the mark.  With over 1,100 systems
  throughout the campus, the critical item you left out was the
  location(s) of the problem monitors.  If you come across any problems,
  (whether it is with the monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc), on any Athena
  system, just send mail to hotline and be sure to include the system
  name and location (as well as a brief description of the problem), and
  we'll come out and make the necessary fixes to rectify the problem(s).
