calculus printer not working

Hi, I sent email out last week about getting remote access to
calculus printer, and getting it fixed. The hotline people came over
and gave it remote access at the request of the athena people
Anne Lavin and Anne Salemme, but the printer is still not fixed.
Could the hotline people please come and fix it if they can, or
perhaps the athena people can take care of it themselves. The printer
maintains a queue but does not print out anything. Items sent to the printer
stay on the queue for days, and we get a warning:
/mit/cds/theses/johnnyp% lpq -Pcalculus
CALCULUS-P.MIT.EDU... Printer Error: may need attention! (Not Responding for 5491 minutes)

PS Jon Haass was the cluster manager, but has been away from MIT
for some time now, so Ed Moriarty (mory@athena) is taking over. Could you
let us know the password to use the print server, and if anyone knows
where we can obtain toner for the printer. Thanks.
