Hi Andrea,

If there is any chance that this outage will extend beyond 4 hours,
then we will need to talk about getting additional cooling for
w20-575a.  However, a 4-hour shutdown at this time of year in the
middle of the night should be ok.

ops: we should remember to turn down the setpoints on the DATACs a day
or two before the outage, as insurance.
