I went to pick up a printout and discovered NIL was jammed.
Someone had loaded white paper in the lower bin, but had done it wrong.
They put it in with the long direction aligned with the paper feed
direction, rather than the long direction perpendicular to the feed
direction.
Although the printer claimed there were paper jams in multiple places in
the engine, I looked, and there were no jams. I reloaded paper properly,
and it is now happily printing.
