Hi,
We have been having a problem with the printer Jonathan in Bexley for a
while now. It's an HP4si (I believe) and it used to work just fine over
both TCP/IP and AppleTalk, but now it will no longer show up in the
chooser.
It still works just fine printing from Athena or Windows machines. We have
had it print out test pages, and it believes that it is in the zone
Dorm-Bexley, however it doesn't show up there. We have exhausted all the
software solutions we could come up with, so now we're wondering if its a
hardware problem.
Please let us know if there's anything you can do with it.
