Pam Loprest has called and reported a white spot in the middle of the
pages printed on there printer. She seems to think that putting in a
Maintainance kit isn't really fixing the problem. This is the 3rd time
that she has called with this.
This should be verified and the fan should be checked, and find out if
someone has been keeping track of how many pages have been printed in
between Maintainance and Toner kits.
