printing problem

Hi,
I am not sure whether this is a printer problem or a software problem. I
am trying to print a Mathematica file, but it prints whole bunch of funny
symbols instead of what I see on the screen. I tried printing it in
different formats from the software, but it still doesn't work. I am
printing in 37-312.
