To whom it may concern:
I previously reported our printer not working Case 155031 and was told that
the printer had the wrong toner cartridge. The toner cartridge was not
incorrect but simply a generic brand of HP toner cartridge. I replaced it
anyway with an HP toner cartridge and the machine is still jamming. PLease
have someone look at it.
