jj: I believe that the above problems might have been resolved, as a result
of Transmissions addressing the problem reported on HD Case 156040 (loss of
service to W20-027-68). Some connection problems were addressed in the
communication closet that should have resolved the problems in the W20-021
area.
Let us know if any of the workstations are still not operational.
