Kernel Panics on 4-035 SGIs

We came into 4-035 today to run a lab and found that about a third of the SGI
02 workstations had crashed with kernel panics.  Fortunately we had enough
machines to handle the class.  Power cycling them doesn't help.  Please take
a look at them.

Also, by default the machines are set up with a video vertical refresh rate of 60 Hz.
Using the command

   /usr/gfx/setmon 75hz

sets the refresh to 75 Hz and keeps it there, if you so choose.  I've actually
done this alreay on most of the machines in the room, but not all.  I don't
know if there's a reason for the lower (but very flickery) refresh rate.
