cheme0 printer problem and pembroke still not working

To whom it may concern:
We have an HP Laserjet iV printer named cheme0 with a hardware contract that
continually jams on the first sheet of paper. Could someone please look at it.
Also, the previous problem I reported with a sgi indy machine named pembroke
has not been fixed by the software reinstallation. It may be a hardware issue
for this machine. (Arundel is now working fine).
