Hello Alicia -
There is no program currently in place for replacement of dorm
printers. I think this all falls under the category of planning
for computing in residence halls, which was put on hold and then
further delayed due to the cancellation of our meeting due to the
aftermath of Floyd. This is one of the items we can put on the
table when the meeting finally does take place.
If $300 will really fix the printer, and if the house doesn't have
funds to purchase a new one, then perhaps this $300 would be well
spent for the time being.
