Hello, Hotline et al,
I have a Sparc trade and PC installation to request. There is a table
in the old "Network Help Desk" area of E40-331 that needs its
SPARCClassic, named "thankyou," removed. Please replace it with the
SPARCStation 4 which I removed from Steve Neiterman's old office. The
SPARCStation is sitting in my office, E40-331.
The Classic is currently set to be on subnet 172, but the net drop is
177. Please change the database entry for thankyou from 172 to 177.
The anchor pad for the Classic likewise needs to accomodate the
SPARCStation, which may require a replacement pad.
I also plan to put a Pentium tower on the same table, so an
*additional* anchor plate needs to go there.
Jane, may I ask you to request another net drop to be activated at
that table? There is an empty jack, 334-5, there now.
