Outgoing mail appears to be looping between contents-vnder-pressvre and
the mail hubs.
I just sent a party invitation to several lists and several more
individuals, and the lists (some of which are on machines that place
"Received for list foo" information in the headers) appear to be
receiving multiple copies of the message. Some of the messages went
through pca, and others through ssa, so the problem appears to be
between cvp and the mail hubs.
If you want to look for a looping message, the one I sent has the
Subject: Apple Cider Party Invitation (Saturday 10/16/1999)
