The following shutdown did not occur today. We are therefore trying to
reschedule this to Wednesday, 9/22.
Would you please let me know whether this does or does not meet with your
approval.
Thank you again for your time and I look forward to hearing from you
preferably by 12 noon tomorrow (Tuesday, September 21.
If there is no response I will assume (something I never like to do) that
this shutdown work has your permission to proceed.
