A moniterm, sn#305820, attached to eliot, an rt sn# , is dead. Turning off
the RT shows nothing on the display (normally a crazy bright white pattern).
Turning the rt back on gets you nothing either. Eliot is in 9-550 next to the
plants near the elevator side door, combo 91735*....
