When I try sending files to Picus, the data does not reach the printer
properly; the print manager reports the following when I use lpq:
Printer: picus@paper-pusher 'HP5SI E51-075'
Queue: 1 printable job
Server: pid 10077 active
Unspooler: pid 10177 active
Status: cannot open 'PICUS-P.MIT.EDU%9100' - 'Connection refused', attempt 2, sleeping 20 at 10:58:32.573
Filter_status: no response from printer at 08:48:48.388
