hi,
this is the front desk of Next House (500 Memorial Dr.) we are contianully
having problems with the dorm printer..it keeps jamming almost every other
printout. when it tries to print, it amkes this funny clicking sound in
its attempt to print and jams again. any printout is not coming clean
and you can see remains of ink on the pages.
AFter printing, its errors include 13.2 input jam and 13.4 input jam.
can you send us a new printer that is reliable?
