This VS2000 was called in for service for Tuesday. The original note that was
in hotline seemed to have vanished. The green l.e.d. light shows no power, and
an on and off buzzing noise is heard from the VR260 monitor. S/N WF71105428
LOG # B4A214. Sue from CHAMP took the failure report.
