I was at this point last night before I left for dinner.
There is too much stuff with management down in 9 to locate
the printer via the infrastructure.  I will ask the Trans
folks to reset the management on the downed switchs/hubs so
we can take another crack at it.

ps. Also tried using Interpol but couldn't get any more

   The address range of the offender show it to be an Apple Printer of
   some time. I wonder if Phil can see it (ping) from his subnet, but we
   cannot because it doesn't have a default route. After all its users
   probably only use it from on-subnet...
