The address range of the offender show it to be an Apple Printer of
some time. I wonder if Phil can see it (ping) from his subnet, but we
cannot because it doesn't have a default route. After all its users
probably only use it from on-subnet...

P.S. I just check and indeed this is the case. I logged into "pelli"
which is on the CRL subnet and telnet'd to crl-p. Here is the greeting
I received:
