Dear Hotline,
We have problems with a workstation which has not been working since
last Friday. We called the hotline the same day, but we did not received
any answers. We supposed the problem was due to the electrical shut
down of the previous day (we are in Building one). However, it seems to
be that the network of our department is working fine now and we still
have the problem. When we try to login, the following message appears:
"Workstation failed to activate successfully. Please notify the Athena
Hotline, X -3 -1410, hotline@mit.edu"
The office is 1-330 and the name of the workstation is CFD3
We would be very grateful if you could help us to sort out this
problem.
