both printers are up all systems are up
did find something interesting though, a student
was in the cluster, how did you get in "the code
on the door next to the printers"
verified that the public cluster code did work on
that door, did some in depth trouble shooting and
found that if you change the code on that door to
say 9876* both 9876* and 14785* will work.
will need to contact campus security.
