Anne,
Would you please tell me why things have been so slow during the
past few weeks. I know there have outages, system installation
activities, etc. that have produced timeouts and down time. But, even
when all the required packs are 'up', performance has generally been
terrible -- e.g., 10 seconds to get a response to 'who'. Are the
system packs overloaded, the gateways congested, etc.? Is this
sluggish happening system-wide or just in building 9 or this side of
the buidling 11 gateway? Is it related to anything we're doing from
this end? What can we expect during the end-of-term crunch that's
about to hit?
